• Account Information: When you register on Clipsify, we collect your chosen Clipsify username, email address, and an encrypted password hash. We never store passwords in plaintext.
• OAuth Identity Information: If you choose to sign in using Google or Discord, we receive your verified email address, public profile name, and account identifier provided by the third-party service. Clipsify maintains independent Clipsify account credentials and does not collect or store your Google or Discord passwords.
• Campaign & Submission Data: When creators submit video links (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to campaigns, we store submission URLs, public view counts, performance metrics, and associated earnings.
• Payout Information: If you request payouts, we process the payment details (such as UPI ID or PayPal) you explicitly provide to disburse funds.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain secure sessions.
• Facilitate creator participation in brand campaigns.
• Track public video performance metrics to calculate creator payouts.
• Send essential transactional notifications, including one-time verification codes (OTP).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and maintain platform security.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take security seriously. All passwords are cryptographic hashes generated using secure salting and hashing algorithms. Session identifiers are transmitted over secure cookies with strict access restrictions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Authentication & Services

When you use Google Sign-In or Discord OAuth, your interaction is governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. Clipsify only accesses the scopes you explicitly authorize (basic profile and verified email). We do not receive or request access to your external service passwords or private data.

6. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You may view and update your profile details through your Clipsify account dashboard. If you wish to delete your account or have questions about your stored data, please contact our support team.
